3 day diet cleanse

The 3 day cleanse is designed to help toxic and jump start your weight loss.  The liver is the organ that detoxifies the substances that your body produces or you consume.  The liver needs amino acids (protein) and vitamins (which come from fruit and vegetables) to assist in the process.  This cleanse is designed to provide you with all the nutrients that you need to help with liver detoxification, without leaving to fatigued and lethargic.  

Breakfast
8 oz lemon water

Blend 
1 cup fat-free milk, soy or rice milk
1 cup berries
1 tsp peanut butter or almond butter (natural)
1 cup of ice
or
1 egg
1/4 avocado
1 cup berries
or
Blend 
1/2 cup fat-free milk, soy, or rice milk
1/4 cup Low fat plain greek yogurt
3/4 cup Frozen berries (no sugar added)
2 tbsp peanut butter (natural)

snack
Cucumber
Green tea

you can add apple cider vinegar and to the cucumbers to make a cucumber salad

lunch
8oz lemon water
steamed or raw greens (romaine, spinach, arugula, watercress, endive, bok choy)
4 oz of lean meat 
2 tsp oil (olive, sunflower, walnut)

add apple cider vinegar to the oil to make dressings or marinades
add lemon or lime to meat to add flavor


snack
Asparagus spears blanched
Green tea

Dinner 
Steamed or raw greens
4 oz lean meat
2 tsp oil

add apple cider vinegar to the oil to make dressings or marinades
add lemon or lime to marinade or to meat to add flavor

You need to drink 80 oz of water
